Logan lived in Canton, Ohio before he and his parents moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana. He, his wife Hannah (m. 2014), and their three children now reside in St. Clairsville.
After graduating from Malone University, Logan attended UCLA, Los Angeles for film scoring.
He and Hannah started attending Friends Church full time in 2020. He says that he had been familiar with the church since he was a boy because he and his family would attend when visiting relatives in the area.
Logan shares that one of his favorite scriptures in Matthew 10: 29-31. Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows. He says, “Throughout my life, these verses have served as a constant reminder of how much the Lord cares for each one of us. If He will not let a sparrow go without what it needs, then how much more will the Lord provide and care for us?”
Although having three young children limits his spare time, Logan does enjoy watching sports and playing music when he has the time. A fun fact – he describes his athletic skills as an “odd” mixture that ranges from ping pong and disc golf to bowling and baseball.
