Pam attended EREFC as a girl. She was born in the small town of Sherrodsville, OH, and lived in Flushing during high school. For 18 years following college Pam lived in (and loved!) Southern California. After moving back to Ohio, she began attending EREFC once again in 2002. She currently lives in St. Clairsville.
The majority of her life Pam worked in the mortgage banking field. Following her return to Ohio, Pam served as Charlie Wilson’s Executive Assistant / District Scheduler during his tenure as State Representative, State Senator, and then for four years while he was in the US House of Representatives.
She has been Church Administrator since June, 2011. Her hobbies include target pistol shooting and spending time with family. She also enjoys gardening and baking.
Pam was blessed to have one son, Keith, who died by suicide in May, 2009. He was 19.
James 1: 2-4 is her favorite scripture, “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters whenever you face trials of many kinds, because the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and compete, not lacking in anything.” Pam says, “It’s hard to think about being joyful through our trials, but my spiritual growth came as I grieved over the losses in my life which include my son, my father, my younger brother, and most recently, my husband. As difficult as these trials were, they helped define my servant hood and my role in our GriefShare Ministry.”
