Mark Cooper graduated from Buckeye Trail High School and from Bob Jones University where he earned a music degree.
After living in Florida for a decade, Mark moved back to the family farm near Antrim, OH. He found EREFC in 2011 through its Celebrate Recovery Ministry.
His employment has included worship leading, customer service work, office and business cleaning, and caregiving. Currently he writes, teaches piano, and cashiers at a gas station.
He is a member of Cambridge’s Rainy Day Writers group. He anticipates the day he once again will have a dog living in his house.
One of Mark’s favorite verses is Philippians 1:6, “Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” During his teen years until today, this verse has reminded Mark that God has not, and will not, give up working in his life.
