Royal Family KIDS
Loving Children from Hard Places with Consistent, Life-Giving Relationships.
What is Royal Family KIDS?
Royal Family KIDS is part of the national ministry For The Children, whose mission is to create life-changing moments for children who have experienced abuse, neglect, or abandonment.
Through a summer camp and year-round mentoring, Royal Family KIDS provides a safe environment where kids can play, laugh, and simply be kids — surrounded by trained, caring adults who show them dignity, belonging, and hope.
Why It Matters
The children we serve at Royal Family Kids have often seen the world at its worst. Many are moved multiple times, carry trauma they didn’t ask for, and struggle to trust adults. Royal Family KIDS steps into that reality with consistent love, positive memories, and healthy relationships that speak a better story over their lives.
What Camp Looks Like
For one week each summer, children are paired with committed counselors who stay with them throughout camp. Activities are intentionally structured to build confidence, connection, and joy —including swimming and crafts as well as celebrating Christmas and birthdays (even if their birthday isn’t that week).
Relationships are the heart of Royal Family. Every child is seen, known, and celebrated.
