We are a group of young adults and college students who encourage each other in our faith, fellowship, and service. “DOXA” is the Greek word for “glory.” I Corinthians 10:31 says, “so whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” We believe our lives take on purpose as we use our God-given talents and abilities for His glory.
We meet for Bible studies, praise and worship, food, and fellowship on:
- Sundays at 11 AM in classroom #1.
- Thursdays at 7 PM in the church café.
We support student-led prayer and Bible studies at both OUE and Belmont College campuses and participate in church and community outreaches.
Other fellowship events include bonfires, game nights, movie nights, and evenings of student-led praise and worship. “Grillfest” is our exciting summer event where we welcome new high school graduates to DOXA.
Our trip to the Passion conference at Atlanta’s Georgia Dome is an annual highlight. Check out details for Passion 2018 here. (We do fundraisers to help with expenses.)
Contact us. We’d love to tell you more about DOXA!
